We take a strict approach to reporting and evaluate each program against specific, objective parameters to ensure we are meeting our mission and serving as responsible stewards of our community's resources and trust.

Each year, we report on how many youth were reunited with their families, secured and retained stable housing, advanced in education or career training, landed and kept a job, became competent in daily living skills, and managed their physical and mental health.

We include all youth in our outcome reporting, whether they were with us for three days or three years. Last year we served more than 500 youth. Of the 250 youth in our residential programs:

  • 90% of minor youth are reunited with their families or placed in other safe and stable housing
  • 60% of youth maintain stable housing for six months or more
  • 70% of youth complete or are attending an educational or career program
  • 80% of youth demonstrate they can live independently
  • are 300% more likely to have a stable job, compared with inner-city youth who are not homeless.

We are proud of our youth for their achievements. Yet no matter how well our programs may work now, we meticulously and continuously examine and evaluate our services. We are committed to constant improvement in delivering effective programs that make a lasting impact.
