Save the date for Friday, September 9th, 2011 for Teen Living Programs’ 4th Annual Chairman’s Golf Outing! This year’s outing will be held at the historic Flossmoor Country Club in Flossmoor, IL. The shotgun start is at 12:00 p.m., with a dinner reception starting at 5:00 p.m. Your entry includes usage of the driving range and putting green, lunch, 18 holes of golf, a post-golf dinner reception, and a chance to win great raffle and contest prizes.

Sponsorships range from $2,500 to $15,000; individual tickets may be purchased for $300. For additional information on sponsorship levels and benefits, click here.
