Support TLP Now

Contributions to the Annual Fund keep the lights and heat turned on, bring healthy meals to the table, and provide the 360 degrees of support that bolster the skills and well being of TLP youth. Any contribution to TLP’s annual fund no matter how big or small can make a world of a difference. Donate now can help TLP in the following ways:

  • $50 equals 10 days of transportation to and from school or work.
  • $75 provides six young people with a healthy and rejuvenating recreational experience.
  • $100 fills a Welcome Basket of necessities for new residents. Each item (toiletries, linens, etc.) is brand-new and makes youth feel special the moment they arrive at TLP.
  • $250 purchases a new bed and mattress set for one youth.
  • $500 purchases a new computer for TLP’s Learning Lab.
  • $1,000 sends one youth through TLP’s seven-month I-SkIL program, providing him or her with the tools to live independently.
  • $2,500 pays for nearly a full month of three nutritious meals a day for all Belfort House residents.
  • $5,000 provides a safe haven at Belfort House and all TLP services and resources for one youth for two months.
  • $20,000 provides medical care for a full year for six youth.

Capital Campaign

Since breaking ground on our new residential facility in May of 2008, we have made tremendous progress toward our goal of $3.9 million. In the spring of 2009, with the new Belfort House complete, youth and staff moved into our beautiful, safe, efficient new building. To learn more about how you can help us raise the remaining $1 million, and to see pictures of our new home, click here.

In-kind Support

Your in-kind gift helps provide necessities and recreation for youth who are homeless. Consider sponsoring a Welcome Basket for new residents of Belfort House. For many youth, these are the first new items they can claim as their own. Click here to find out how you can contribute a portion of or an entire basket, or sponsor one with a monetary contribution. Please, new unopened items only.

Volunteer

Volunteers help our facilities run smoothly, organize activities, host donation drives and assist with fundraising. Click here to learn more about opportunities for individuals, groups, and young professionals who are interested in our Auxiliary Board.
